Ultraviolet laser systems are perfect for markings on plastics. Ultraviolet marking lasers have a wavelength of 355 nm and mark the material very carefully. The Ultra-Light complete sets consist of a 3 watt ultraviolet laser source, a laser safety cabinet laser class 1 with included extraction system and automatic door opening and closing, an automatic z-axis, a focussing and positioning laser, a perforated plate and an embedded PC with simple marking software. The Ultra-Light UV3 has a marking field of 120 x 120 mm. Within this marking field logos, continuous numbering, codes and much more can be lasered easily. Furthermore it is possible to realize round markings.
For marking larger parts, the 3 watt uv laser can be integrated in the large standard cabinet of the Ultra-Light Plus series. The additional automatic x-axis of the Ultra-Light Plus series increases the marking field to up to 530 x 180 mm. That way it is possible to mark a large number of small parts in one work process. Due to the larger protective cabinet of the Ultra-Light Plus series it is furthermore possible laser individually large parts. Moreover the extraction system is included in the framed roller table. Furthermore the automatic door opening and closing is perfect for very comfortable laser markings. With various accessories, such as for example rotary axes and type plate feeds, the Ultra-Light UV3+ can easily be adapted to special marking requirements. For instance database connections and traceability solutions are available.
