With its 20W output, the Mega-Light V80 is one of the fastest lasers in the Schilling Mega-Light family and meets the highest quality requirements.

Its large protective cabinet of laser safety class 1 allows fast, professional and contact-free marking of small and large parts. At the same time, the automatic z-axis offers the highest level of comfort when adjusting the laser source to your part height.

Within the marking space of 120 x 120 mm provided as standard, there are no limits to your marking desires. Logos, graphics, texts, figures, codes such as DataMatrix, bar codes and many more, consecutive numberings or even round sets – always program your laser marking according to your current requirements. For larger markings, a marking space of 180 x 180 mm is optionally available.

Laser engravings, layer removals, annealing markings, carbonations, foaming and film applications – opportunities for laser marking with the V80 are almost unlimited.
